Our Project: Health Card Initiative for Underprivileged Families
At Baijnaath Kesar Bai Sewa Trust, we believe that quality healthcare should be a basic right—not a privilege. With this vision, we have launched the Health Card Project to support economically weaker families in accessing affordable medical care.
What is the Health Card?
The Health Card is a low-cost health support program that enables families to receive medical benefits, expense reductions, and access to trusted hospitals that are partnered with our Trust.
Card Fee Structure:
₹120 for a family of up to 5 members
₹30 additional charge per member for families with more than 5 members
This small contribution can make a big difference in times of medical emergencies or regular health needs.
Benefits of the Health Card:
Reduced medical expenses during treatment
Priority care at associated hospitals and clinics linked with our trust
Financial relief for poor families during health crises
Valid for one year from the date of issue
Useful during hospitalization, OPD visits, and diagnostic services (at selected centers)
How It Works:
Family Registers and pays the nominal fee.
A personalized Health Card is issued with member details.
In case of illness or emergency, the cardholder can visit any of the partnered hospitals for subsidized treatment.
The hospital verifies the card and offers discounted services as per the terms.
Why This Matters
In many rural and poor urban communities, high treatment costs prevent families from seeking timely care. Our Health Card project not only bridges this financial gap but also builds a trusted network between families and ethical healthcare providers.
By enabling preventive and affordable healthcare access, the Baijnaath Kesar Bai Sewa Trust continues to uphold its mission of Health Empowerment for All.
